Hamilton Renovation

This two-phase renovation redefines the home’s feel and functionality through a carefully considered blend of interior upgrades and new additions. The redesigned kitchen features a large granite island, custom cabinetry, and a bright breakfast area that opens fluidly into the family room anchored by a full-height stone fireplace and a cathedral ceiling. The reworked butler’s pantry enhances storage and connectivity between kitchen and dining. In addition, architectural details, such as the tray ceiling and coffered ceiling in the dining room were added. The project also includes the addition of a garage, mudroom with built-in storage, a new bathroom, and a screened-in porch, expanding and upgrading the functionality and value of the home.
