22 Union Street

22 Union Street, located in downtown Manchester-by-the-Sea, is currently in the works. The plan for this space is to build a 3 story, 3 unit residential building with the option to have commercial units on the first floor and covered parking in the back. Being a main focal point in the center of town, we have studied the surrounding buildings and historic downtown in order to make sure hte building fits seamlessly into the fabirc of the town. This new build will have all the luxuries of modern day all while retaining the historic charm.
